Shaun Juhlin has extensive experience in customer resolution and dispute management, currently working in the Customer Resolution role at La Trobe Financial since July 2022. Prior to this, Shaun held various positions at National Australia Bank from March 2010 to July 2022, including Consultant - External Dispute Resolution and External Dispute Case Manager, where responsibilities involved investigating and resolving complaints related to banking matters under multiple regulations and codes.
