Michael Gay

Michael Gay has an extensive background in Australian industrial relations, initially in the airline industry and then for 23 years as a Commissioner of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, now the Fair Work Commission. Currently a Commissioner of the Tasmanian Industrial Commission, Michael also serves as Chair of the Electrical and Communications Industry Disputes Board and of the International Advisory Board of the Cambodian Arbitration Council.

Michael had also done significant consulting work and in mediator/arbitrator roles in Australia, Cambodia, China and Africa.
