Delphine Brard

Delphine Brard serves as the Directrice de la Stratégie et de la Communication at La Vie Active since April 2018, focusing on advocating for values within the social and medico-social sectors and facilitating the Ethical Reflection Committee of the Association. During a diverse career, Delphine Brard has held significant roles including intervening in crisis management at Eseo, managing migratory affairs at the Préfecture du Pas-de-Calais, and leading public and institutional affairs at the Agence régionale de santé Hauts-de-France. Previous positions include serving as Chef de cabinet at DIRECTION GENERALE DE LA SANTE and as a technical advisor in multiple governmental health sectors. Educational qualifications include an Ethique degree from Université Paris-Saclay and multiple degrees in Communication, Political Sociology, and Political Science from esteemed Parisian institutions.
