Denise Pinkett

Denise Pinkett, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on partnering with early-stage start-ups and providing HR strategies for organizational growth. Denise currently serves as the Head of People at HUM Nutrition since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources consultant for early-stage start-ups, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner. Denise has also held the role of Human Resources Director at La Visual and served as a Human Resources Manager/Talent Acquisition Leader at Cuningham Group. Denise gained experience in HR management as a Human Resources Manager at AssetAvenue. Before that, Denise worked as an HR Business Partner at kp companies, assisting clients with organizational needs and providing executive coaching. Denise started their career as a Staffing Manager at Accounting Principals and Ajilon Professional Staffing, specializing in recruiting finance and administrative professionals. Denise also worked as a Recruiter at Kelly Services, handling day-to-day recruitment needs.

Denise Pinkett, SHRM-CP, has attended Northeastern University but did not obtain a degree or specialization in any field of study. In addition, they hold certifications as a Registered Scrum Master from Scrum Inc. since May 2020 and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM since May 2016.
