Marissa Doucette

Marissa Doucette, SHRM-SCP, has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR for Portfolio Brands at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since August 2009. In this role, Marissa collaborates with senior leaders to enhance organizational and talent capabilities within Corporate Supply Chain teams. Previous positions at La-Z-Boy include Senior Human Resources Business Partner for both the Corporate Supply Chain and Retail Division, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Retail Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR consulting, leadership support, and operational excellence. Marissa also has a background in sales and interior design, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institutes and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Harper College. Prior experience includes working as a Veterinary Receptionist at Harper Animal Hospital from February 2003 to August 2009.
