Natalie Varlamova

Natalie Varlamova is an experienced professional in global sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Managing Director at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since January 2014. In this role, Natalie oversees the La-Z-Boy Global Trading Company with offices in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam, managing the sourcing and procurement processes for various product categories, including furniture and components, while implementing quality assurance programs. Previously, Natalie held the title of Director of Global Sourcing, Procurement, and Quality at La-Z-Boy, where responsibilities included managing quality teams in Asia and sourcing activities from the Hong Kong office. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sourcing at Kayser-Roth Corporation, overseeing corporate global sourcing and product development in sleepwear and legwear, and as Sourcing Manager at Jockey International, managing sourcing for intimates and licensed brands. Natalie holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Economics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
