Elisabeth Freinberg has extensive work experience in various legal roles. From 2021 to present, they have served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at LA28, a position they previously held as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law from 2016 to present. From 2011 to 2021, they held several roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, including Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs, Director, Legal Affairs, and Senior Counsel. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Litigation Associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Elisabeth also gained experience as a law clerk at the United States District Courts in New Jersey and California. Earlier in their career, they were a Summer Associate at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern.
Elisabeth Freinberg earned their J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. with Honors in History at Columbia University from 1998 to 2002. Elisabeth attended Harvard-Westlake School from 1992 to 1998.
