Jorge Santana

Jorge Santana has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Global Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Jorge then joined Teach For America in 2008, where they held various leadership roles, including Managing Director, External Affairs and Managing Director, Programs. In 2018, Jorge became an MBA Consultant at Conservation International and President of the Student Association at UCLA Anderson School of Management. In 2019, they joined Deloitte Consulting as an Engagement Manager. Most recently, Jorge was appointed as the (Secondment) Director of Games Strategy & Operations at LA28.

Jorge Santana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jorge also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Latin American Studies from Princeton University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science degree in Education from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Jorge has also acquired certifications in Agile Software Development and Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Governance from LinkedIn in 2022.
