Finance and Operations

The Finance and Operations team at LA28 is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization leading up to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This includes strategic financial planning, budget management, and financial analysis to support decision-making, as well as coordinating cross-functional operations to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives. The team works collaboratively to align resources, optimize processes, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and ticketing strategies.
