Anna Ahto

Anna Ahto is an experienced occupational health psychologist currently working at Lääkärikeskus Aava since April 2020 and as a sport psychologist at Utha since January 2021, focusing on the mental well-being of athletes and high performers. Previous roles include psychologist at Shortum, where therapy and psychological coaching were provided, and at Keravan lukio ja Nuorten talo, offering individual and group counselling. Ahto began their career as a psychologist trainee at HUS Child Psychiatry and Neurology and has held various assistant positions in organizations such as MPS Career and the Finnish Red Cross. Ahto holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Åbo Akademi University and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Humanitarian Logistics from Hanken School of Economics.
