In 2014, they became the President of the New York Student Chapter at NYIT for the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Jagoda held this position until January 2017. During this period, they also worked as an Event Executive Producer at New York Institute of Technology, coordinating events.
In 2015, Jagoda worked as a Wedding & Event Coordinator at The Flower, where they provided consulting services to couples, managed social media accounts, and directed various events. Jagoda also worked as an Operations Intern at The Manhattan Club for five months.
In 2016, they interned as an Event Services Intern at Waldorf Astoria New York, where they coordinated setups for large in-house conventions.
In 2017, Jagoda worked as an Intern at Metro Café for two months before transitioning to an Academic Research Consultant position at Life Hotel. Jagoda then became an Accounts Receivable Manager at Skipper Travel.
Finally, in 2018, they joined Laasie as an Operations Manager. Jagoda was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Operations as of September 2022.
Jagoda Lyskawinski attained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the New York Institute of Technology in the years 2014 to 2017. Additionally, in April 2017, they obtained a CPR/AED certification from the Emergency First Response institution.
