Kathy Wegner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kathy started their career at Spiegel in 1987, where they worked as a Buyer for Fine Jewelry and Watches until 2003. During this time, they grew a $28 million business, increased sales by 36%, and achieved profitability goals, making their department the top gross margin business in the company.
Afterwards, Kathy joined Fossil as an Account Executive for DKNY and Michael Kors Watches. Kathy directed all sales activities for five major national accounts, generating over $2 million in wholesale shipments. Kathy increased wholesale shipments by 58% in a highly competitive market, controlled markdowns and returns, and improved net sales by 60% by monitoring inventory levels and implementing replenishment models. Their experience at Fossil lasted from 2003 to 2008.
Next, Kathy worked at Closets By Design as a Designer from 2009 to 2012. Kathy was responsible for designing and selling custom closet systems, garage cabinets, home offices, and more. Kathy assessed customers' needs and created customized storage solutions.
In 2012, Kathy joined Derse as an Account Coordinator and worked there until 2015. Kathy then moved to 3D Exhibits as an Account Manager in 2015.
Currently, Kathy is employed at Lab Exhibits & Services. Kathy started their time with the company as a Senior Account Manager in 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Director of Account Management in 2022.
