Jason Marsham

With 15 years’ experience in the financial services and asset management, Jason has deep involvement in understanding process frameworks to help bring continuous improvement to organisations internal and strategic goals.

After starting his career in London on asset management trading desks he moved to New York to work as a product and implementation specialist for one of the world’s largest asset managers. This eventually led him back to London to help build an operational framework for a hedge fund in the distressed solutions space. Before joining LAB Group Jason was Head of Operations and Compliance at Curve Securities in Sydney, focussing on process improvement and economies of scale to help achieve quality outcomes for middle market clients and upstream banking partners.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies from the University of Manchester. He is an avid Arsenal FC fan with a mild addiction to browsing second-hand vinyl markets on a weekend.
