Salla Lutz

Salla Lutz is currently the Head of Group Management Systems at Lab14 since October 2024. Previously, Salla served as the Head of Integrated Management Systems at Heidelberg Instruments from December 2018 to September 2024, overseeing quality, compliance, and ESG initiatives, and also held roles including Head of Organizational Development and Quality Manager, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification. Earlier experience includes positions as a Quality Management Specialist at Bausch + Lomb, a researcher at the University of Southern Denmark, and various consulting and management roles spanning business development to project management. Salla holds a PhD in Global Sourcing and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School and additional degrees in strategic management and forest economics.
