Roman Kolos

Roman Kolos has extensive experience in project and product management across various industries, including technology, e-commerce, and defense. Currently serving as an Anti-tank Weapon Operator in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since February 2022, Roman also holds the position of Senior Product Project Manager at LAB325, focusing on product design and development. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at MOB.325, Project Manager at TRIONIKA, and CTO at DNA325, where responsibilities involved creating innovative HR solutions. With a foundational background in mobile and browser game development, Roman has played pivotal roles in numerous successful project launches, including over 50 mobile products at Intersog. Roman's education was completed at Odessa National Polytechnic University between 1999 and 2004.
