Alan Farcas

Alan Farcas currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and General Partner at Impacta VC, contributing to the growth of impact startups through mentorship and co-investing. In addition to this role, Farcas serves as an MBA professor in entrepreneurship at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has multiple evangelist roles at easycancha and Lab4U, the latter focusing on democratizing science education through technology. Farcas has been active on various boards, including Fundación Chile and previously at Fundación Avina and Endeavor Chile, where leadership efforts supported high-impact entrepreneurship for economic development. Educational achievements include an engineering degree in food engineering from Universidad de Chile, a master's degree in innovation management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and participation in the Global CEO Program for Latin America at IESE Business School.
