Fred is General Manager of Direct Source Meats, Labatt’s meat processing subsidiary. He was responsible for designing and building DSM’s major new cook plant. In addition, he has responsibilities at Labatt for management and software development in human resources, accounting, and operations. He graduated from Dartmouth University with a degree in Anthropology. Before joining Labatt in 2007, he worked as a restaurant manager and as a manager of a food plant processing agricultural commodities.
