James Navarro has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement roles. Since August 2010, James has served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at POM Wonderful, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, James spent eleven years at Guardian Industries in various production roles, contributing to the company's manufacturing processes. James holds a degree from the University of Phoenix, further supporting a strong foundation in the industry.
