Roy Tubbs

Roy Tubbs has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Roy started their career in 2003 as a Grocery Manager at HEB, where they worked until 2005. Roy then joined Labatt Food Service in 2006 as a Logistics Engineer, specializing in process improvement and warehouse optimization. Roy held this role until 2019 when they joined Ben E. Keith Foods as the Manager of Business Process Analysis. In 2022, Roy returned to Labatt Food Service as a Logistics Engineer before transitioning to the role of Director of Operations Special Projects in 2023. Roy is a seasoned professional with expertise in operations, inventory control, automation management, and process improvement.

Roy Tubbs attended Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.
