Shalika Shoulders

Shalika Shoulders has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2016. Shalika began their career as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2016, where they were responsible for producing weekly schedules for over 30 employees and accurately tracking KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and AOV. In 2018, they took on the role of Social Media Manager at OUR20S, where they created content using programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Pixelcut, tracked social media growth using Hootsuite and Buffer, and scouted locations, cast models, and sourced photographers for photoshoots. In 2021, Shalika began working at Everlane as a Floor Team Lead, where they trained associates on their POS system, analyzed inventory, and tracked KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and AOV. Shalika also took on the role of Store Supervisor at Fjällräven in 2021, where they were responsible for accurately tracking KPIs, developing back of house procedures, and educating clients on the product. Most recently, Shalika took on the role of Senior Operations Associate at LabCentral in 2022.

Shalika Shoulders attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2010 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
