Shane Kraft

Shane Kraft has a strong background in finance and operations. Shane is currently working at LabConnect as the Director - Operations Finance Lead. Prior to that, they worked at PPD, where they held various roles including Associate Director of Finance, Senior Manager Finance Operations, Finance Operations Manager, Associate Manager Ops Finance, Principal Financial Analyst, and Senior Financial Analyst. In these positions, they managed financial portfolios, trained team members, and analyzed project forecasts and revenue. Before joining PPD, Shane worked at Premier Energy Services as part of the Corporate Finance team, where they prepared financial models, managed cash flows, and created budgets. Shane also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Server at Fox and Hound Pub and Grill. Shane began their career as an Intern at Premier Energy Services.
