Anita Graham

Anita Graham currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Labcorp since April 2023. Prior to this role, Anita held various senior leadership positions at VF Corporation from January 2014 to January 2023, including EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer & Public Affairs, and Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief HR and Administrative Officer at ADT from March 2011 to January 2014, and as Executive Vice President at Shire plc from January 2004 to December 2010, where responsibilities included Chief Administrative Officer and Global Human Resources. Anita's career also includes a role as Vice President at CYTYC Corporation from April 2002 to January 2004. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
