Megann Watters

Megann Watters serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development, New Ventures & Strategic Alliances at Labcorp since July 2011. In this role, Megann leads the Labcorp Venture Fund and Corporate Development team, focusing on licensing, equity investments, and strategic partnerships to advance new scientific innovations and technologies. Responsibilities include managing Labcorp's intellectual property portfolio and developing point-of-care diagnostic strategies. Prior experience includes positions as a Corporate Strategic Services Summer Intern at Quintiles, a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and a Research Assistant at Humacyte. Megann holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S.E. in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
