Michelle Berryman, FIDSA, is a User Experience Designer and Digital Strategist with a diverse background in industrial design, user-centered design, and innovation. They served as the President and Chairman Emeritus of the Industrial Designers Society of America, where they guided essential policies and represented the organization's interests. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Executive Director, Digital Customer Experience at Labcorp, leading the strategy and implementation of innovative digital solutions. They also teach as an Adjunct Faculty in Industrial Design at Georgia Institute of Technology, sharing their extensive industry knowledge with students. In their spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling and capturing the beauty of the world through photography.
