Tingfeng Qian

Tingfeng QIAN is a seasoned professional in employee relations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Labcorp since September 2023, Tingfeng has held multiple managerial roles in employee relations at Clover Biopharmaceuticals between July 2021 and August 2023, including Manager of Employee Relations and HR Operational Excellence. Prior experiences include leadership positions at WeWork, the National Basketball Association, and NYU Shanghai, starting from an HR Associate role and progressing through various HR internships at companies such as Mondelēz International and Continental.
