Fil L. Fina III

Fil L. Fina III, PE has over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry. Fil L. currently serves as the Vice President, Principal & Environmental Remediation Program Manager at LaBella Associates since November 2019. Prior to this role, they were the Environmental Remediation Program Manager and Vice President of Engineering at Aztech Environmental Technologies from 1995 to 2019. Fil L. also served as the President of Aztech Engineering, PC from 1992 to 2019. Before that, they worked as an Engineer at Congress Gas & Oil, Inc., Adjunct Professor of Mathematics and Engineering Science at Hudson Valley Community College, Mechanical Engineer at Rist Frost Associates, and Mechanical Engineer at A.W. Chesterton Company.

Fil L. Fina III, PE has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1985-1987) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University (1975-1979). Fil L. also holds several certifications including being a Professional Engineer in the State of Vermont (obtained in 2012) and the New York State Education Department (obtained in 1993). Additionally, they are certified as a Monitoring Well Contractor by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation and as a Well Driller for Groundwater by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
