Jeff Sweater, P.E. is a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager at LaBella Associates, with a strong background in water and wastewater engineering. Prior to their current role, Jeff was the President of Water And Land Engineering, LLC and held various positions at ELA Group, Inc. Including Director of Water Resources Engineering. With a BS in Environmental Systems Engineering & Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, Jeff brings extensive expertise in providing practical and sustainable solutions for clients.
