Joe Wallace

Joe Wallace, SCTPP, has a rich work experience in the transportation industry. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director of Virginia at Ramey Kemp Associates, where they later became the State Traffic Lead. In 2024, they joined LaBella Associates as a Sr Project Manager / VA Transportation Lead.

Joe Wallace, SCTPP, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Virginia Commonwealth University from 1983 to 1985. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Public Administration from Ferrum College from 1981 to 1983. In terms of additional certifications, Joe obtained the VDOT ADVANCED WZ CERTIFICATION in August 2023, the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification in 2019, the VDOT WZ Basic Instructor certification in August 2021, and the Safety Certified Transportation Project Professional certification from the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) in January 2020. Joe also holds the Military Emergency Management Specialist - Basic certification from the SGAUS - State Guard Association of United States.
