Estelle Brennan is an experienced professional in sustainability and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Sustainability and Supplier Assurance and Head of Sustainability UK at LABEYRIE FINE FOODS since October 2008. Brennan is responsible for designing and implementing sustainability policies at Lyons Seafoods, overseeing an extensive ethical program across a global network of over 100 suppliers and customers. In addition to current roles, Brennan is a committee member for MarinTrust Ltd and chairs The Seafood Ethics Common Language Group at Seafish. Previous contributions include membership on the Standard Oversight Committees of Global Seafood Assurances and the Global Aquaculture Alliance, as well as roles in compliance and technical management at Lyons Seafoods and other food companies. Brennan holds a BSc (Honours) in Nutrition and Food Science from Oxford Brookes University.
