Blaine is an experienced recruitment professional, with a successful track record working for the Life Sciences industry. He has consulted for biotech and pharmaceutical companies across Europe and the US, making successful placements within an array of verticals including discovery, translational and process development.

Finding and nurturing talent that will contribute to the discovery and development of therapeutics which will benefit the lives of patients is at the centre of all he does.
