Human Resources and Training

The Human Resources and Training team at Labirinto Cooperativa Sociale is responsible for the recruitment, development, and continuous education of staff. They ensure employees are well-equipped to address the socio-educational and socio-health needs of the community. The team also manages specialized training programs, including those for immigrant integration and disability employment, while fostering intercultural mediation and collaboration efforts on local, national, and European levels.
