Michel Ragusa

Michel RAGUSA has extensive experience in corporate legal management and compliance. Since January 2010, Michel has held dual roles at Laboratoire Aguettant as Corporate Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer, overseeing international commercial agreements, trademarks, corporate law, and leading the anticorruption compliance program. Prior experience includes a role at bioMerieux focusing on drafting and negotiating various agreements and enhancing contract templates. Additional legal internships at Norton Rose Group and the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris provided a foundation in legal practice. Academically, Michel holds multiple degrees in law, including a Mastère Spécialisé in Juriste Manager International from emlyon business school.
