Hélène Lannoye

Hélène Lannoye is currently working as the Key Account Manager Customer Department at Laboratoires Biologiques ARVAL S.A. since January 2021. Prior to this, they were an International Account Manager at Tilman from August 2019 to August 2020. At Tilman, they were responsible for managing international accounts and promoting pharmaceutical products specializing in phytotherapy.

From May 2017 to June 2019, Hélène worked at INTERHOME as a Customer Service Officer. Hélène'sresponsibilities included prospecting for new accommodations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing bookings using SAP software, organizing sponsored events, assessing accommodation quality, and training new employees.

Before that, they worked as a Commercial Employee at Inter-Agence, a real estate agency specializing in sales and rentals. Hélène'srole involved marketing and promoting properties for rent and sale, managing international clients, handling reservations, and managing a multiproperty residence.

Hélène also has experience as the Co-manager of a hotel-restaurant called Edelweiss from June 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Coordinator for Youth and Health at Christelijke Mutualiteit (CM) / Mutualité chrétienne (MC) from February 2014 to April 2015, where they organized youth camps and holiday trips and conducted animation training.

Hélène Lannoye's education history begins in 2007 when they attended EPHEC and obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Commerce extérieur, which they completed in 2010. Hélène then pursued their undergraduate studies at Abertay University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Management. Hélène furthered their education at KU Leuven from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master's of Science (MS) degree in International Business Economics and Management. During their time at KU Leuven, they also had an Erasmus experience in 2013 at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
