Gabriela Rocha is the current Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Laboratoria. Gabriela then spent 6 months as Social Responsibility Manager at Conga Earthworks, developing and implementing the Social Management Plan for the Earthworks Contract for a major mining contract with Fluor Engineering and Odebrecht Construction. Finally, Gabriela served as Program Coordinator at IIRSA Sur for 2 years and 2 months before assuming their current role at Laboratoria.

Gabriela Rocha has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Boston College in Psychology, and they have also studied Psychology at the University of Paris for 6 months.
