Kateline Balazs Thénot has a diverse background in various roles related to psychology and personal development. Kateline started their career as a psychologist in practice at Centro de Salud Universidad de los Andes and later worked as a selection analyst at Austral Consultores.

Thénot then moved on to research roles at Fundación San Carlos de Maipo and Universidad de los Andes, where they conducted evaluations for research projects focused on measuring socio-affective and executive skills in preschool children.

Kateline also worked as an assistant professor at Universidad de los Andes and as a clinical psychologist at Centro Al Alma, providing comprehensive psychological care to adolescents and adults.

Thénot's experience extended to the field of wellbeing, as they served as a Wellbeing Consultant at FAO, where they coordinated and developed activities for the Wellbeing Programme.

Most recently, they joined Laboratoria as a Learning Lead, supporting the implementation of the Data Analysis track and guiding students in their learning processes, professional skills development, and job search preparation. Kateline also monitored student satisfaction and ensured their successful adaptation to Laboratoria's learning model.

Kateline Balazs Thénot has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained a Diplomado in Positive Psychology and Well-being from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de los Andes (CL) between 2013 and 2017. In 2014, they attended EF Executive Language Institute for English language studies. In 2012, they briefly studied Veterinary Medicine at Universidad Mayor. Kateline'seducation journey began with a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Alliance Française Antoine De Saint-Éxupéry, which they earned between 1996 and 2011.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the Programa Liderazgo e Influencia from Laboratoria. In 2021, they completed The Science of Well-Being from Yale University. In 2020, they obtained certifications in ACT for Beginners from Psychwire and BSAFE from UNDSS. In 2018, they achieved the IELTS - International, English Level Test System certification from the British Council. In 2014, they obtained the EFCELT - EF Cambridge English Level Test certification from EF Education First. Finally, in 2011, they achieved the Baccalauréat Scientifique Spécialité Sciences de la Vie et de la Terre (SVT) certification from AEFE - Agence pour l'enseignement français à l'étranger.
