Luciana Lima

Luciana Lima has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at Laboratório Teuto since February 2004. In this role, Luciana oversees training, compensation, and recruitment efforts, supports the implementation of compensation policies, administers benefits, monitors HR indicators, and prepares managerial reports, while focusing on attracting and retaining new talent. Prior to this, Luciana worked at Cerbel from August 2001 to February 2004 as Encarregada de Recursos Humanos, where responsibilities included recruiting, selecting, and training the commercial and administrative teams, coordinating quality programs, and developing recognition initiatives for the sales force. Luciana holds a degree from Universidade Católica de Goiás.
