Florencia Caticha

Florencia Caticha is a marketing professional with extensive experience in product management and customer service. Currently serving as Jefe de Producto for Macril at Laboratorios Andrómaco since August 2019, Florencia is responsible for managing ethical brands, overseeing planning, control, and execution of product initiatives. Prior to this role, Florencia worked as an Analista de Producto Sr and Analista de Producto Jr/Ssr, focusing on cosmetic, over-the-counter, and ethical brands, and contributing to brand diagnostics and PMK collaborations. Previously, Florencia gained customer service experience as a Representante de CX at Mercado Libre from 2018 to July 2019, providing support to users in the Mercado Envíos area.
