Rosina Fernandez

Rosina Fernandez is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Profesor at UADE since March 2024, Rosina has also held the position of Líder funcional SAP HR at Laboratorios Andrómaco since August 2008, where responsibilities include maintaining and improving the SAP HR component, managing upgrades, and enhancing HR processes. Previously, during a 16-year tenure at Laboratorios Andrómaco, Rosina worked in various roles including Analista Semi Senior de formación y desarrollo, where duties encompassed training and development management, recruitment, and performance evaluation. Rosina's educational background includes a Magíster en Administración de Negocios from ESEADE, a Profesora en Relaciones Laborales from Universidad del Salvador, and certifications in SAP financial accounting and HCM.
