Joffre H. Quimis Quimis has extensive experience in the environmental management field, currently serving at Laboratorios Rocnarf since July 2014. Prior to this role, Joffre contributed to TONICORP from August 2007 to June 2014. Joffre holds a degree in Environmental Management from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, earned between 2013 and 2019.
