Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
