Scott Warner has worked in the field of eLearning and knowledge management for over 20 years. Scott began their career in 1999 as the Director of Training for Healthmaster, Inc. where they were responsible for the vision, direction, and strategy of all learning and consulting services. In 2019, they joined Frontline Education as the Corporate Learning Strategy Advisor - Student Management Systems and Services Development Manager School Health Solution (SHM). In this role, they were responsible for the design and development of learning solutions across all student management systems and managed the design and delivery of professional services for Frontline's School Health Management (SHM) solution. In 2021, they joined AM LLC as the Director of Knowledge Management. In this role, they designed and implemented a formally structured knowledge management and learning and development department in less than 30 days and reduced onboarding by 24% and then 40%, (from six hours to two hours) by restructuring all learning (removing silos and duplication of content and labor), and framing KM to serve AM, using empathetic adult learning principles. Currently, they are the Director of eLearning for LaborEdge.

Scott Warner obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Wayne State University in 1989, majoring in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Scott attended Southfield Lathrup SHS from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a 1985 degree. Scott then returned to Wayne State University in 2014 and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Learning Design and Technology in 2017. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success from LinkedIn.
