Martial Ipema

Martial Ipema serves as the Teamleader and Director of Integration at Laborijn since July 2022, contributing to the implementation of the NWI (2021) and guiding newcomers through the entire integration process. Additionally, Martial Ipema is the Founder and Treasurer of You're The Flame Ministries since January 2017 and has worked as a Freelancer since April 2019, focusing on coaching, training, and advisory services. Previous roles include Integration Advisor at ChangeCreators, where Martial Ipema managed various UWV projects, and Volunteer Coordinator/Event Manager at GMF, overseeing 125 volunteers during large-scale events. Early experience includes positions at Lunchroom Proeverij de Ontmoeting and Camping en Bungalowpark In de Rimboe, as well as a traineeship at Mijnschool, specializing in coaching practice students. Martial Ipema holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from HBO Academy.
