Marianne Mooney

Marianne Mooney is an experienced communication professional, currently serving as a Communication Officer for The Labour Party since January 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing communication and media efforts for Weston MP Dan Aldridge. Previous roles include Policy and Communications Officer at Clinks, and a freelance Video Producer, notably for Leigh Ingham MP's campaign. Marianne has an established background in communications, having worked as a Communication Officer for South Gloucestershire Council, focusing on content creation and community engagement, as well as a Fundraising and Comms Officer at Temwa, where virtual events were organized during lockdown. With a foundation in sustainability from the University of Bristol and experience as Appointment Coordinator at Bristol Missing Link Limited, Marianne has also held roles in media and writing, earning a Master’s degree in Gender and International Relations and a degree in Journalism.
