John Sebastian Mandapath is the founder of Bluteter Professional Services (LLP) since June 2013, focusing on bridging the Design & Operations gap in social enterprises to enhance their effectiveness through strategic business interventions. Concurrently, John serves as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd., where efforts are directed toward skill development and fostering entrepreneurship in rural communities. Previously, John held positions at Thomson Reuters as an Order Management Specialist and at Infosys BPO as a Senior Executive, where responsibilities included managing order processes and enhancing operational efficiency using Six-Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. John holds a Master's degree in International Business & Management from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Electronics from Christ University, Bangalore.
