Alexander Woldbrand Guldstad has held a variety of roles in the media and technology industry. Since 2014, they have been a Redaktør for Student journal Tuntreet, a Journalist for Drammens Tidende, a School Assistent and Substitute Teacher for Teglverket Skole, a Video Journalist and Participant in Google Newslab for Data Driven Journalism for Mediehuset Nettavisen, a Journalist for Klar Tale, a Webmaster for Le Monde diplomatique, Norwegian edition, a Teacher for Rosenhof Voksenopplæring, an Editorial Developer for Teknisk Ukeblad Media, and a Back-end Developer for Labrador CMS.
Alexander Woldbrand Guldstad is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Informatikk: Språkteknologi from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Energy and Environmental Physics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) between 2011 and 2016. In 2016, they also attended the University of Oslo (UiO) for a year of Informatics. In 2012, they attended the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse for an Erasmus program in Language. Alexander also attended the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) for a year of Social Sciences in 2010-2011 and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) for a year of Social Sciences in 2009-2010. Alexander has also obtained certifications such as Duolingo French Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo in 2016, Båtførerbevis, Førerkort A, B og C1, and Trucksertifikat T1, T2, T4.
