Emanuel Martins is an experienced procurement and buying professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Procurement Category Manager - Operations and Head of Food & Beverage Buying at LABS since July 2018, Emanuel previously held the role of Regional Produce Buyer at Whole Foods Market for a brief period in 2018. Prior to this, Emanuel spent two decades at Harrods in various capacities, including Buying Manager, Food Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager, and Retail Manager, establishing a comprehensive expertise in the retail and food sectors.
