Matt Watts

Matt Watts has extensive work experience in the real estate and commercial sectors. Matt is currently the Managing Director at LABS since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at LabTech from August 2019 to October 2022. LabTech specializes in providing coworking spaces, serviced apartments, and omnichannel shopping experiences in Central London.

Before joining LABS, Matt worked at The Office Group as the Sales Director for six years, from August 2013 to July 2019. Matt also held a brief role as the Commercial Director at Go Native in April 2013.

Matt's career began at Instant in 2005, where they initially worked as a Sales Consultant from July 2005 to August 2006. Matt then advanced to become the Head of UK Sales from September 2006 to June 2009. Later, Matt served as the Global Head of Operator Relationships at Instant from July 2009 to April 2013.
