Dylan Jones

Dylan Jones is the Managing Director of Sales at LABUR. Before joining LABUR, Dylan was the Director of Account Management at RubiconMD from October 2019 to February 2022. Prior to RubiconMD, Dylan was with AlphaSights from January 2014 to December 2019 where they served as a Manager and was responsible for driving in-account and segment growth strategy via relationship-building, account planning, account management, and business development. Dylan also managed, coached, trained, and motivated a team of Associates and Managers while developing relationships with 20+ private equity firms.

Dylan's professional journey started at Fidelity Investments where they worked in Capital Markets from January 2013 to December 2013. Dylan then went on to Potomac Institute for Policy Studies to work as a Research Assistant at the International Center for Terrorism Studies from January 2012 to December 2012. Dylan's first role was as a Research Assistant at the Daley Stem Cell Lab at Children's Hospital from January 2009 to December 2009.

Dylan Jones completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University. Dylan then pursued a degree in International Business from the Danish Institute for Study Abroad. Lastly, they attended Belmont Hill School.
