Rizwan Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rizwan most recently worked as a Human Resources Director for the Government of Saskatchewan, where they developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Support Services for Lac La Ronge Indian Band, where they led the development and implementation of HR strategies. Rizwan also worked as a Human Resources Manager for Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services, focusing on diversity and inclusion strategies. In addition, Rizwan has experience working for Air Canada as a Team Lead, Ontario Public Service as a Recruitment Assessment Methodology Consultant, Pakistan International Airlines as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources, and Iqra University as a Program Coordinator and Professor for Human Resources. Rizwan'sroles across these organizations involved managing HR functions, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, and contributing to organizational development.

Rizwan Ahmed completed their Post Graduation in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Centennial College from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Balochistan, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
