NGUEDIA Bernis, PMP®, currently serves as the Head of HR/Talent at Ejara, a position held since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy, managing HR operations, and enhancing employee experience. Previously, NGUEDIA held the role of Chief HR Administration at VIETTEL Cameroun S.A. from August 2013 to December 2021, overseeing talent management and staff recruitment initiatives. Additional experience includes positions such as HR Manager for the West Region at VIETTEL, Business Development Manager at LERICHE, Deputy CEO at Global Print and Communication, Technical Specialist at Consultancy Support Services Ltd, and International Project Manager at AIESEC Nigeria. NGUEDIA holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ESSEC Business School Douala and has completed a payroll certification from IPRH.
